Stella Kvaterman is a real estate professional specializing in both residential and commercial market segments.
Stella was born in Ukraine, graduated from The Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA) — still better known under its former name Kiev Civil Engineering Institute, the largest and most important building and architectural university of Ukraine. She left Ukraine in 1990.
She represents all types of clients - from bachelor apartment renters to owners of multi-million $ estates, immigrants, first time buyers, downsizers, couples going through a divorce, estate sales, investors, etc. No project is too big or too small.
When Stella immigrated to Canada, she worked in the corporate environment for various engineering companies, after a few short years she decided to follow her dream and start her own business. Today Stella is one of the most reputable agents on the Toronto real estate community for customer service excellence and deal management.
“I buy and sell client's properties as they are my own” Stella says. “Every situation is different, every client has different needs. I never push them into a deal. My job is to educate my clients and give them the options to choose from. Their job is to make decisions”.
Stella is also a professional stager. She helps her sellers present their property to potential buyers at its best. Usually, staging is a part of her service package and doesn't cost extra money to her clients.
Stella's service doesn't end with a signed agreement of purchase and sale. She works with exceptional and time proved network of mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspections, appraisers, insurance brokers, contractors. She goes extra mile to take care of every aspect and little detail of the deal before and after closing.
While working at Re/max West Realty Inc. she has completed her Broker's designation. Stella is a recipient of multiple Re/max awards for her outstanding performance. In 2013 she moved from worldwide known Re/max to an boutique service brokerage - Orange Square Realty Inc. that affords her more tools and flexibility to meet clients needs better in today’s ever changing real estate market.
Using her extensive IT background Stella directs her efforts working online using the latest technologies to advertise her client’s listings on dozens of websites to sell them within shortest period of time and for top dollar.
Most of Stella's clientelle are Canadian residents but it's not unusual for her to work with foreign investors who decided to purchase a real estate in Toronto. Most of Stella’s business comes from past clients and referrals. Stella also welcomes new clients coming through her various websites. They initiate a first contact online and quickly realize that they deal with a trusted knowledgable professional.
Being an immigrant herself, Stella understands the value of “hard earned cash” and always work diligently to get the best deal for the clients.
She is happily married and has a son and a daughter.
